Nursing Referral.
Our goal is to make it easier for you to decide to stay in the comfort of your own home by giving you direct access to the highest caliber private nursing care at the most affordable price. Our nursing referral requirements include community resources and/or support with:
- Caregiver relief for overworked caregivers
- Crisis management
- Geriatric patient in-home care and senior daycare
- Private duty nursing
- Nurse consulting
- Telehealth services
- Live-in care providers offer medical, nursing, emotional, and personal care.
Nurse Staffing.
West Pointe Healthcare offers temporary to permanent staffing for nurses and allied healthcare professionals. Our nurses are but not limited to:
- Registered nurses (RN) offer and organize patient care, inform and counsel patients, and provide emotional support.
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) handles patient treatment, diagnosis, and prescription and they have access to a variety of other nursing specialties.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides care to patients who are ill, injured, recovering from surgery, or disabled.
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA) works under the direction of a professional nurse to complete crucial patient-centered activities and more.
